Q: Do you have a wheelchair?
A: Yes, we can lend it to you free of charge, so please contact us in advance. (The number is limited.)
Q: Is there a shuttle service between Miyazaki Station and the hotel?

≪Pick-up≫ 4 buses depart from JR Miyazaki Station East Exit Rotary: 16:00.17:00.18:00.Last at 19:00.
*If you would like to be picked up, please make a reservation at least one day in advance by calling TEL 0985-73-8888.
≪Delivery≫ There are 3 flights departing from the hotel at 10:00.11:00.12:00.
*If you would like to have it delivered, please apply at the reception desk after arriving at the hotel.
Q: Is there a coin laundry?
A: No, it is not located inside the hotel. Laundry service is available for a fee. Please make your request by 10:00.
Q: What is the internet environment in the guest rooms?
A: You can use the internet connection system in all guest rooms.
Q: Are all restaurants non-smoking?
A: All restaurants are non-smoking, but there are smoking areas near each restaurant.
Q: Are pajamas and towels available for purchase in the guest room?
A: No, we do not sell it.
Q: Until what time can children use the lounge?
A: Children under elementary school age can use the lounge until 19:00. (accompanied by guardian)
We ask for the cooperation of parents and guardians in order to ensure that everyone has a comfortable time in the lounge.
Q: Is it possible to use the lounge after checking out?
A: You can relax in the lounge until check-out time.
Q: Can I invite external guests to the lounge?
A: This lounge is exclusively for hotel guests, so outside guests are not allowed.
Q: Can I have dinner at the hotel restaurant on the same day without making a reservation?
A: If you wish to eat dinner at the on-site restaurant, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
Some guests only have dinner, so the restaurant may be fully booked on that day.
