Q: Do I need a reservation?

A: Even if you do not have a reservation, if a seat is available, we will guide you to your seat immediately. If you want to guarantee a seat or have a designated seat, please make a reservation in advance. Additionally, if you are concerned about allergies or require special ingredients, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

Q: Regarding the dress code

A: Please refrain from coming to the store wearing sportswear, camouflage clothing, men's shorts (including three-quarter length), sandals, slippers, etc.

Q: Is it possible to bring children? Also, do you have a children's menu?

A: Children are allowed to accompany you. Children's menus are available at each restaurant.

Q: Is there a parking lot?

A: We have a free parking lot (140 spaces) available.

Q: Is there a restaurant with private rooms? Is there a fee for using it?

A: We have a private room available at the restaurant "Forest". The usage fee is 3,240 yen per restaurant room. If you would like a private room, please contact us in advance.

Q: Are there restaurants and toilets for people with physical disabilities?

A: Each restaurant is wheelchair accessible. In addition, each restaurant has toilets available for everyone (toilets for people with physical disabilities).

Q: Is there a non-smoking area in the restaurant?

A: All seats in each restaurant are non-smoking.

Q: Is there a food that I don't like or am allergic to?

A: When making a reservation in advance, please let us know when making your restaurant reservation, and we will be happy to suggest alternative ingredients.

Q: I would like to take a photo shoot.

A: It is possible to take photos for personal use. When taking pictures outside of a private room, please be careful with the flash so as not to disturb other customers. Please refrain from using tripods or anything else that will disrupt the atmosphere of the restaurant or affect the service. If the purpose of the photoshoot is other than personal use (corporate PR, sales promotion tools, etc.), please contact hotel staff.

Q: Can I get married at a restaurant?

A: We have betrothal plans available at each restaurant.

Q: Is it possible to rent it out for private use?

A: Yes, it is possible, but each restaurant has different conditions for private reservations, so please inquire at the time of reservation.
