Although we do not clearly list allergens on our hotel menus, we can provide menus that clearly list 7 specific raw materials or menus that do not contain allergens upon request. It is possible to receive it.
Please contact the person in charge at least 7 days before the date of use.
Please note that if you have a food allergy other than the seven specified ingredients, we may not be able to serve you food or drinks as we prioritize your safety.

In addition, it may be difficult to change the menu depending on the ingredients provided and the store, and we may not be able to meet your requests.

Things to keep in mind regarding “Menu that does not contain allergens”

A "menu that does not contain allergens" is not absolute, and we do not guarantee a completely allergy-friendly menu.

Regarding ingredients, if we use products manufactured by an outside vendor, we verify them based on information from the manufacturer.
"Menu that does not contain allergens" is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus, and the same cooking utensils and cleaning equipment are used as other menus, so there is a trace amount of allergens in the processing or cooking process. There is a possibility that it may be mixed in.
If the customer has severe food allergy symptoms, we may be unable to provide the food. Please note that customers may bring their own safe food (retort, frozen, etc.).
(We will help you heat things up using a microwave oven, hot water bath, etc.)
